Who we are
The people behind the hats.
CP Hats is a custom headwear manufacturer in Zhejiang, China. We develop, sample and produce caps, beanies and bucket hats for wholesalers, brands and teams — most of them selling in the United States and Europe.
Five production lines, 20,000 caps a day when an order calls for it, and a first run that can start at 100 pieces. One team follows your order from the first photo to the packed carton.
Where we work
A factory in China that runs on samples.
A custom hat is decided long before the line starts: which crown, which fabric, which stitch, how big the logo reads. That work happens in the sample room, and it is why we would rather look at your photo than at a specification you had to guess at.
The rest happens in the same building — cutting, sewing, embroidery, pressing, checking and packing. When something is wrong at inspection, the person who can fix it is one floor away.

- Your label, your colours, your carton. Our name does not appear on the hat.

We are not
- Not a marketplace
- You do not get passed to a different factory for each style. Where a shape needs a partner line, we say so before you order.
- Not a retail store
- We do not sell single hats. Everything here is made to an order.
- Not a brand
- The hat carries your name, not ours — which is also why you will not see a wall of other people's logos on this site.
- Not claiming what we cannot show
- No certificates we do not hold, no factory photos we did not take, no client names without permission.

Start from a picture
Most buyers arrive with a photo, a logo file or a use case — not a spec sheet. Reading the picture and naming the shape is our job, not yours.

One supplier, every shape
Caps, truckers, beanies, buckets and visors can be discussed in one place, on one standard.

Options at your price point
The same cap can be made to different price levels. The differences are fabric, stitch count and finish — and we name them rather than hiding them.

A process you can see
Quote, sample, approval, production, inspection, dispatch. Each stage has a date attached to it, and the date moves only when you are told why.
Who you talk to
One contact, from quote to carton.
You are not routed through a contact form and a queue. The person who takes your photo and your quantity is the person who tells you when the sample ships and what the cartons weigh.
