Where it is made
Our own factory, in China.
Five production lines in China, and everything a custom hat needs — cutting, sewing, embroidery, pressing, checking and packing — behind the same door.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading desk. When you ask about a stitch, a colour or a date during production, the answer comes off the floor instead of being forwarded to a third party.
From fabric to carton
Seven stages, one roof.
A cap passes through seven stages before it is packed. Because they happen in one building, a problem found at stage six is fixed at stage two the same day.
-
0101 · Materials & cutting · 1200×900
Materials & cutting
Fabric is checked against the swatch you approved, then cut in stacks so every panel in the run comes from the same piece.
-
0202 · Panel sewing · 1200×900
Panel sewing
The panels of one crown are joined along their seams — the stage that decides whether the shape sits straight.
-
0303 · Brim & crown shaping · 1200×900
Brim & crown shaping
Brim and crown are formed and held, so the cap keeps its curve instead of flattening in the carton.
-
0404 · Logo application · 1200×900
Logo application
Embroidery, print or a sewn patch goes on here, at the size and placement agreed on the sample.
-
0505 · Pressing & finishing · 1200×900
Pressing & finishing
The cap is pressed, threads are trimmed, and the shape is set one last time before checking.
-
0606 · Inspection · 1200×900
Inspection
Stitching, logo placement, measurement and hardware are checked against the approved sample — not against a photo of it.
-
0707 · Packing · 1200×900
Packing
Counted into polybags and cartons, with the count and the shipping marks agreed before dispatch.
Before a carton closes
What a run is checked for.
Inspection compares the hats in front of you with the sample you approved — not with a photo of it, and not with an average.
Stitching & logo
- Stitch density
- A run that stitches loosely reads cheap from a metre away, so it is checked on the cap, not on a chart.
- Logo size & placement
- Measured against the approved sample: how far it sits from the seam, and how it curves with the panel.
- Thread and colour match
- Checked in daylight against the swatch you signed off, because that is the only light your customer will see it in.
Fit & finish
- Measurements
- Crown height, brim length and head size against the specification for that style.
- Hardware
- Snaps, buckles and eyelets that close cleanly and stay closed.
- Counts & cartons
- The number in the carton matches the order, and the shipping marks match the destination.
Inside the floor
What five lines look like.
Cutting tables, sewing rows and embroidery heads. The wide shot is the floor itself; the three detail positions below stay empty until they are shot, rather than filled with someone else's factory.
In plain terms
What a run means here.
- Minimum order
- 100 pieces
- Sampling
- 7 days from a confirmed specification
- Bulk production
- 15 days from sample approval
- Daily capacity
- 20,000 caps across five lines
- What moves the date
- A fabric that has to be dyed, or a decoration with several passes, adds days before the line starts. We confirm the date with the quote, not after it.
- Where it is made
- Zhejiang, China — our own plant
