Within 24 hours, China time (UTC+8) — including the questions we need to ask before we can price your hat. On a request that arrives with a complete tech pack, the first reply is usually the price itself.

100 pieces. It is a production minimum, not a sample fee dressed up as one — above that, order what your market actually needs.

Usually, yes. Send the split you want at quote stage and we will confirm what it does to the unit price and the lead time before you commit to anything.

No. Everything here is made to an order — there is no retail stock behind this site.

In writing, with the quote, before anything is cut. We do not publish one set of terms, because they depend on the order and on whether we have worked together before.

Yes. Most first requests arrive that way — a photo, a logo file, or a description of the event the hats are for. Working out which crown, fabric and stitch the picture is showing is our job; you do not need a tech pack to start.

A vector file is easiest: AI, EPS or PDF. A high-resolution PNG works if that is all you have, and we may ask for a cleaner version before sampling. The quote form accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, AI and EPS up to 20 MB each.

Give us the reference — a Pantone number, a physical swatch, or the hex value from your brand guide — and we match to it at sampling. The approved sample carries the reference, so bulk is checked against the sample rather than against a memory.

Send it with your request. If something in it cannot be made as drawn — a stitch that will not hold at that size, a seam the fabric will not take — we say so before sampling rather than after.

7 days. It is made in our own sample room, so you are approving the construction you will actually receive.

Agreed per project and written into the quote. We would rather give you the real number for your hat than a website average that does not apply to it.

It depends on the construction and on the logo work, so it is quoted with your order rather than listed here. The figure is in the offer you receive, and it is not added afterwards.

For the shapes we run ourselves, yes — sample and bulk come off the same lines in the same building. When a shape needs a partner line, we say so at quote stage, before sampling.

About 15 days from the day you approve the sample and confirm the specifications. Larger or more complex orders run longer, and we say so in the quote instead of after the deadline. International shipping is on top of that.

Tell us the date and the destination when you enquire. You get the date we can actually hold; if it does not work, we say so at the start rather than three weeks in.

Then it is planned before you commit: scheduled across our lines, or run with a partner line, and you are told which in writing.

The approved sample and its written specification — shape, fabric, colour, logo position and size, trim, packing — become the production reference. There are checks at first-off, in process and before packing, and a fault is corrected in the building where it was made.

We do not publish certificates we have not verified. If your buyer requires one, ask and we will tell you exactly what we hold and what we do not.
